Ozzy made this unconvincing fake idol in Micronesia, and Jason was dumb enough to fall for it. This resulted in one of the show's funniest moments, when Eliza tried to talk sense into him that it was "a fucking stick".
Likelihood: 100%. It was featured prominently in the promo. What effect it might have on the game remains to be seen, though.
James' idols
Todd gave James an idol and the clue that allowed him to find a second one, giving the gravedigger a lot of power at the merge. But when his allies realized they were basically giving him a pass to the final 4, they decided to take him out early and James went home without playing them.
Likelihood: A sure thing. We're talking one of the most famous blunders of all time.
Lauren's shell
In order to win trust with Dr Mike, Lauren decided to give him half of her idol...a move that backfired when he threw it in the fire, and she got idoled out that same night,
Likelihood: 50/50. I'd say either the shell or her unused advantage will make an appearance, but probably not both.
The cowgirl decided to spill her secret to Sarah in order to win some trust...but Sarah just saw this as a reason to vote her out and snatch it from her, which she did.
Likelihood: Given it got promo time and it's so easy to reintroduce, I'd bet on it.
Erik's immunity necklace
Erik inexplicably gave up immunity and was voted out by the black widow brigade in what is now a historic tribal council.
Likelihood: Oh, it's definitely happening.
Jay also got duped by David making a fake, causing him to halt his hunt for the real thing and get a surprise at tribal. At least his looked convincing though.
Likelihood: It appears it will, even though I don't know what purpose it would serve.
Yau-Man's truck
The "car curse" (that nobody who won the car ever won the game) was pretty well-known on the show, and it ended with the most contentious one of all: Yau-Man gives Dreamz the truck for a promise of immunity, and then Dreamz reneges on the deal.
Likelihood: I'm sure they'd be down for it, but it's really more up to the sponsors.
Stephen's vote stealer
Stephen won the power to steal Joe's vote and tried to use it to get him out...but by splitting the votes between Joe and Abi, he left himself open to being voted out himself for being a threat.
Likelihood: I don't see why not.
J.T.'s letter
In 1 of 2 times J.T. straight-up embarrassed himself, he wrote what Parvati called a "love letter" to Russell to accompany giving his idol away.
Likelihood: It's certainly a memorable item, but what would it really do? His Game Changers idol is the more likely (but boring) option.
Malcolm's challenge advantage
Malcolm won an advantage for the final immunity challenge, which winning would've assured him a million bucks. But even with the advantage, he was the first one out, and got sent home.
Likelihood: I'm not entirely sure it's a perfect fit for the theme...but at least it's something different from a million idols.
The White Collar duo had to choose between rice and a clue, and came up with a terrible neutral box lie that only served to put them instantly on the outs. So became the first boot over it.
Likelihood: Probably not high, but it would be fun.
Darnell's goggles
Darnell got voted out when he dropped his tribe's goggles in the first challenge, even over the incompetent Alecia.
Likelihood: Zero. I'm just having fun at this point.
Sundra's matches
During the worst fire tiebreaker in history, Cook Islands' Becky vs Sundra face-off, it came down to using matches and Sundra still couldn't get it done.
Likelihood: Again, I don't actually this is a feasible option, don't worry.
Joe's steak dinner
The FBI Agent's game came to an end from eating too much steak, leading to his medevac.
Likelihood: Obviously it won't be the actual steak, but...nah, still won't happen.
